Watch the webinar replay now The pandemic has seen stress levels rise and people’s working days increase with major impacts on people’s whole health. 83% of people globally now report being stressed and 79% say they are working ‘always on’. They are also more worried about the future than ever before, with nearly half predicting their personal financial situation will be worse in the future.
However, as we look into 2021, confidence is beginning to grow. Vaccine availability looks promising and there is the growing prospect that restrictions on social gatherings and travel may soon begin to ease. As the situation is evolving, we expect that the pandemic will continue to have a profound impact on how we live and work for the foreseeable future, with remote working likely to remain the norm for many. That’s why creating a strong culture of whole health must remain a priority for business and HR leaders.
Building on the findings of “Health and Wellness in Workplaces: What Works?”, the recent report from Cigna and Asia Care Group into the effectiveness of workplace health and wellness programs, this event brings together medical and HR experts to discuss how to build inclusive cultures that support people’s resilience.
At Cigna, we aim to be a true partner to our clients and customers across all dimensions of health – physical health, mental health, environmental health, financial health and social health – by prioritising and removing barriers, and creating our shared future together as champions for affordable, predictable and simple health care.
