Building Healthy, Resilient and Productive Teams
This webinar took place on November 24th, if you are interested in watching a recording of the event, please register below where you will be redirected to our event platform.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have seen stress levels rise and people’s working days increase with major impacts on people’s health and well-being. 83% of people globally now report being stressed and 79% say they are working ‘always on’. They are also more worried about the future than ever before, with nearly half predicting their personal financial situation will be worse in the future.
With more pressure on people’s health and well-being than ever before, programs that help them build resilience and improve overall health are critical. To support this, Cigna, in partnership with The Asia Care Group, has launched “Health and Wellness in Workplaces: What Works?” – a new report that evaluates the effectiveness of workplace health and wellness programs.
The highlights of this report, as well as advice on how to build make health, resilience and productivity a central part of your workplace culture, will be debated and shared by a panel of senior clinicians and HR leaders during this important webinar.
If you have questions regarding the meeting or your registration, please contact Anse Winne at Anse.Winne@Cigna.com.
